Piece for string trio written around the artistic universe of the painter Ferdinand Hodler.
Several miniatures, inspired by the themes and materials frequently employed by the artist, come together in an attempt to sketch a musical portrait of his work.
Behind the textures, the light, the spiritual dimension, and the human presence intimately linked to nature, an underlying thread emerges: the theme of death.
The premiere will take place as part of the exhibition dedicated to Ferdinand Hodler at the International Museum of the Reformation, in Geneva.
VAYRER
Video Installation
GULBENKIAN FOUNDATION
“ VAYRER ” is an audiovisual experimental film/installation that merges visual art, music, sound, and contemporary poetry.
Created in close collaboration with Serge Manouguian, the project seeks to transpose Krikor Beledian’s poetic work Vayrer into a visual and sonic experience.
Just as the poet forges his own language and creative/living space through literature, the installation embodies that vision in a multilayered form, where selected poems unfold as animated sound and visual spaces.
